Thank you so much for answering.
Unfortunately my problem has not solved.
The mice is a Vivanco Optical Mini Hot Rod Mouse - Model:MP2051P, and my PC is an Asus X55C with Windows 8.1, updated with Windows update last time yesterday.
Last time I had this problem I solved it with a System restore at the day of my last windows update and deactivating automatic windows updates.. But now I cannot restore anymore like that.
It could be that my mice is too old and crashes with lasted usb 3.0 driver updates?
Should I buy directly another mouse? And must that new mouse have some specifics requirement to run correctly on my System?
Thanks again, regards.

It happend to me, exactly the same thing.
The problem is Asus Instant On, what I did was control+alt+supr, them I went to background processes and looked for Instant On. I closed the application and then switch off the mouse and switch on again.
The mouse worked again. The problem is the last actualization. I don't know how to fix it, maybe in the Instan On's configuration.
